You may seek a refund if products are received faulty with no fault of your own, have defects that were not obvious, or we did not bring to your attention. However, the refund must be requested within three days of delivery, and you may be asked for proof of purchase. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong product so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept requests for refunds on sale items.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds will be credited within 14-21 days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
